A Quiet Day Writing About Food

I often feel that we are bombarded by sound(s).. Shrill voices everywhere. Everywhere shouting “me.” This blog is obviously complicit in all of this self-directed noise production. Today, I simply am spending my time researching aspects of southern food in order to write a bit more intelligently about my menu. And that, as Forest Gump says, is all I have to say about that.
